Growing up with a severe physical disability, I often wondered what life would have in store for me. My condition, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, restricted my growth to 3 feet tall and caused me to suffer over 150 broken bones by age 12.

The pain was so excruciating, crying myself to sleep became the norm. In addition to the physical pain I was struggling to fit in at school which caused me to lose my confidence because I felt like I was different to everyone else.

We all want to fit in, we all want to be successful, and very early on I realised that in order to create the life that I dreamt of, I would have to find a way to swing the odds back in my favour.

Despite my physical challenges I knew there would be opportunities to thrive if I could develop mental strength and RESILIENCE.

Resilience allows you to bounce back whenever life hits you hard. Resilience allows you to turn physical, mental, financial, relationship, family obstacles into opportunities for growth!

So how do we develop this thing called resilience?

In this guide I share the 3 questions I ask myself whenever I am faced with a big obstacle. If you have ever had to deal with a challenging situation, or would like to develop a stronger mindset, then this guide is for you!
