Winston Ben Clements

Keynote Speaker & Disability Advocate

Hey there!

I’m Winston, and if there's one thing you should know about me, it's that my work is deeply personal.

I was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a rare condition that causes brittle bones. Over the course of my life I’ve experienced more than 200 fractures, multiple surgeries, chronic pain, and long seasons of recovery. From an early age, I learned what it feels like to move through a world that is not always built with you in mind.

That lived experience is a big part of why I do the work I do today.

As a keynote speaker, accessibility consultant, and disability inclusion strategist, I help organizations build cultures where disabled people can truly thrive. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to speak and train with leading companies on topics such as leadership, disability inclusion, accessibility, and overcoming adversity.

Before this chapter, I spent nearly a decade working in the tech industry. That career background still shapes how I think and work today, especially when I speak about AI, accessibility, and designing systems that work for everyone and not just the majority.

On a personal note, I live in Atlanta with my wife, Mayfair, and our daughter, Malaika. They are my “why” and inspire me every day to keep going. Together, Mayfair and I also create social media content that champions positive representation for disabled people and their families.

So whether you’re here for a quick dose of motivation, some practical insights, or simply curious to learn more, I’m truly glad you stopped by. I believe God gives each of us a purpose, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to share a small part of mine with you.
